2. Amendment of section 7.—In section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001 (Andhra Pradesh Act 36 of 2001) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty-five lakh rupees", the words "five lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
