2. Amendment of section 31.—In section 31 of the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952 (Odisha Act 2 of 1952) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "one lakh rupees", the words "one lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
