2. Amendment of section 12.—In section 12 of the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999 (Andhra Pradesh Act 27 of 1999) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "twenty-four hours" shall be substituted.
