14. Procedure for the management of the property of a minor.—(1) Every guardian appointed by the court shall, before undertaking the management of the property of a minor, intimate the Registrar General in writing, specifying the account concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Registrar General may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
