2. Amendment of section 19.—In section 19 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1972 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
