2. Amendment of section 29.—In section 29 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 (Kerala Act 21 of 1969) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five thousand rupees", the words "one lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
