2. Amendment of section 11.—In section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
