2. Amendment of section 38.—In section 38 of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948 (Maharashtra Act 67 of 1948) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
