12. Procedure for the operation of a critical facility.—(1) Every operator of a critical facility shall, before undertaking the operation of a critical facility, intimate the State Authority in writing, specifying the installation concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The State Authority may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
