14. Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the Controller General of Accounts or any officer of the State Government or of the Controller General of Accounts for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
