2. Amendment of section 28.—In section 28 of the Uttar Pradesh Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Act, 1983 (Uttar Pradesh Act 29 of 1983) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "ninety days" shall be substituted.
