2. Amendment of section 28.—In section 28 of the Gujarat Agricultural Lands Ceiling Act, 1961 (Gujarat Act 27 of 1961) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "ninety days" shall be substituted.
