2. Amendment of section 24.—In section 24 of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (Gujarat Act 27 of 1976) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "fifteen days" shall be substituted.
