2. Amendment of section 27.—In section 27 of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972 (Uttar Pradesh Act 13 of 1972) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
