2. Amendment of section 32.—In section 32 of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963 (Maharashtra Act 45 of 1963) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
