2. Amendment of section 27.—In section 27 of the Tamil Nadu Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Act, 1984 (Tamil Nadu Act 7 of 1984) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ten lakh rupees", the words "two lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
