2. Amendment of section 8.—In section 8 of the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1974 (Himachal Pradesh Act 8 of 1974) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "ninety days" shall be substituted.
