Rule 6, Tamil Nadu Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Act Rules, 1985 [S2J-AKX]

6. Records and returns.—(1) Every printer shall maintain a record of the printing of a periodical in Form II and shall preserve it for a period of five years. (2) The annual return under sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Act shall be furnished in Form II on or before the thirtieth day of June every year.
