10. Procedure for the running of a school.—(1) Every school shall, before undertaking the running of a school, intimate the Commission in writing, specifying the report concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Commission may, within seven days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
