2. Amendment of section 14.—In section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Work) Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 1982) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "forty-two days" shall be substituted.
