2. Amendment of section 22.—In section 22 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 (West Bengal Act 10 of 1955) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ten thousand rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
