Rule 14, Telangana Gaming Act Rules, 1975 [S2H-C6J]

14. Procedure for the organisation of sport.—(1) Every sports body shall, before undertaking the organisation of sport, intimate the Agency in writing, specifying the recognition concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Agency may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
