Rule 11, Telangana Gaming Act Rules, 1975 [S2H-C3R]

11. Procedure for the governance of a sport.—(1) Every national sports federation shall, before undertaking the governance of a sport, intimate the Agency in writing, specifying the federation concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Agency may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
