14. Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the Gram Panchayat or any officer of the State Government or of the Gram Panchayat for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
