2. Amendment of section 31.—In section 31 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1975) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
