Rule 2, Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act Rules, 1978 [S2H-RSK]

2. Definitions.—(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 (Gujarat Act 27 of 1976); (b) "Form" means a form appended to these rules; (c) "section" means a section of the Act. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
