2. Amendment of section 38.—In section 38 of the Bihar Land Reforms Act, 1950 (Bihar Act 30 of 1950) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ten thousand rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
