Rule 4, Karnataka Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act Rules, 1974 [S2H-AXS]

4. Register of promoters.—The Authority shall maintain a register of promoters registered under the Act in Form C, which shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
