Rule 14, Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act Rules, 1973 [S2H-7F9]

14. Procedure for the letting of premises.—(1) Every landlord shall, before undertaking the letting of premises, intimate the Authority in writing, specifying the rent concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Authority may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
