13. Procedure for the business of a real estate agent.—(1) Every real estate agent shall, before undertaking the business of a real estate agent, intimate the Authority in writing, specifying the agreement for sale concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Authority may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
