Rule 10, Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act Rules, 1973 [S2H-7B1]

10. Procedure for the occupation of premises.—(1) Every tenant shall, before undertaking the occupation of premises, intimate the Authority in writing, specifying the possession concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Authority may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
