Rule 12, Karnataka Cinemas (Regulation) Act Rules, 1965 [S2G-H1F]

12. Procedure for the printing of a periodical.—(1) Every printer shall, before undertaking the printing of a periodical, intimate the Press Registrar in writing, specifying the film concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Press Registrar may, within ninety days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
