2. Amendment of section 17.—In section 17 of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1955) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
