2. Amendment of section 38.—In section 38 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1937) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "fifteen days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
