Rule 2, Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation and Development) Act Rules, 1967 [S2G-SAW]

2. Definitions.—(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation and Development) Act, 1966 (Karnataka Act 27 of 1966); (b) "Form" means a form appended to these rules; (c) "section" means a section of the Act. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
