10. Procedure for the transmission of programmes by cable.—(1) Every cable operator shall, before undertaking the transmission of programmes by cable, intimate the Press Registrar in writing, specifying the title concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Press Registrar may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
