14. Procedure for the running of a saw mill.—(1) Every owner of a saw mill shall, before undertaking the running of a saw mill, intimate the State Board in writing, specifying the emission concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The State Board may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
