7. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every operator of a critical facility shall maintain such records and registers relating to the operation of a critical facility as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every operator of a critical facility shall furnish to the State Authority a return in Form B within twenty-four hours from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the State Authority may, by order in writing, require.
