Rule 13, Kerala Land Assignment Act Rules, 1962 [S2G-0SM]

13. Procedure for the occupation of land.—(1) Every occupant shall, before undertaking the occupation of land, intimate the Collector in writing, specifying the record of rights concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Collector may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
