2. Amendment of section 37.—In section 37 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 (Maharashtra Act 25 of 1949) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "fifty thousand rupees", the words "two lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
