Rule 2, Karnataka Money Lenders Act Rules, 1961 [S2F-RP6]

2. Definitions.—(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Karnataka Money Lenders Act, 1961 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1961); (b) "Form" means a form appended to these rules; (c) "section" means a section of the Act. (2) Words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
