Section 35, Bombay Court Fees Act, 1959 [S2F-84D]

35. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every translator empanelled by the court shall maintain such records and registers relating to the translation of documents for the court as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every translator empanelled by the court shall furnish to the Registrar a return in Form C within thirty days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Registrar may, by order in writing, require.
