11. Procedure for the execution of instruments.—(1) Every person executing an instrument shall, before undertaking the execution of instruments, intimate the Collector in writing, specifying the instrument concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Collector may, within three months of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
