10. Procedure for the holding of securities in dematerialised form.—(1) Every depository shall, before undertaking the holding of securities in dematerialised form, intimate the Collector in writing, specifying the allowance concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Collector may, within one month of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
