32. Registration of registering officers.—(1) Every registering officer shall, within three months from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the registration of instruments after such commencement, within three months from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Collector in Form C, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees. (2) The Collector shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No registering officer shall carry on the registration of instruments unless registered under this section.
