10. Procedure for the translation of documents for the court.—(1) Every translator empanelled by the court shall, before undertaking the translation of documents for the court, intimate the Registrar in writing, specifying the record concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Registrar may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
