2. Amendment of section 7.—In section 7 of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 (Uttar Pradesh Act 26 of 1947) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "fifteen days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
