2. Amendment of section 39.—In section 39 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 (Andhra Pradesh Act 21 of 1950) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
