14. Procedure for the supply of contract labour.—(1) Every contractor shall, before undertaking the supply of contract labour, intimate the Chief Inspector in writing, specifying the notice concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Chief Inspector may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
