3. Application for registration.—(1) An application for registration under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act shall be made to the Chief Inspector in Form II, in duplicate, and shall be accompanied by the documents specified in that Form. (2) The Chief Inspector shall, within seven days of the receipt of an application which is complete in all respects, issue a certificate of registration in Form II.
